Questions, problems or something urgent: email support@orbitplaces.com. We reply within a day, and look at every report within 24 hours.
Report something
Tap Report on the place, list, trip, photo or note. To report a person, open their profile and tap ··· at the top. The person isn’t told who reported them.
Block someone
Open their profile, tap ···, then Block. You stop seeing each other’s places and leave each other’s trips. Unblock them any time in Settings.
The sign-in email didn’t arrive
Check your spam folder, then ask for another: in the app, tap Send a new code; on orbitplaces.com, send a new sign-in link and open it in the same browser. You can also continue with Google, or with Apple in the app.
Delete your account
Settings › Delete account, in the app or on orbitplaces.com. It deletes your places, lists, trips, notes and photos right away. If you can’t sign in, email us and we’ll do it within 30 days.
Get a copy of your data
Settings › Download your data, in the app or on orbitplaces.com.
